Remarks:

1. This appointment booking system is opened only to those children whose names have appeared in the ballot result.
2. Each child can register for only one nursery.
3. If parents want to transfer the children who are using the nursery services, to another nursery, first they need to apply the withdrawal procedures at the previous nursery, then proceed the registration at the new nursery.
4. If parents want to transfer the children who have registered already but not using the nursery services to another nursery, parents may directly go to the new nursery to complete the transfer procedures; you can also download the referral declaration form and authorize relatives and friends to go to the new nursery to handle the transfer procedures. The referral declaration form can be downloaded at the Website for Macao SAR Nursery Service Information.
